Though chances for legislative victories for equality are dim non-existent, and judicial wins are looking just as bleak as Obama’s DOJ continues to defend DOMA, there is at least some silver lining in the administration. Sec of State Hillary Clinton recently added a gender-neutral inclusion to passport’s of minors and now Sec of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius is seeing her...

Somewhat big news! The State Department is currently implementing a policy regarding passports that will be inclusive of gender-neutral language. “Mother” and “Father” will be replaced with “Parent 1” and “Parent 2” to accommodate modern all families.
